Solution of IoT Management System for Vegetable Production Based on IKON Drives Cloud Data Center

With the continuous improvement of the degree of automation in modern agriculture and the continuous expansion of production scale, it is a trend to produce in multiple locations and at multiple locations. Multi-point centralized control has become a necessary part of production management. This article will introduce the modern agricultural IoT management and control system solution based on IKON Drives cloud data center.
Vegetable production IoT management system
IKON Drives Cloud Data Center is a data exchange service for centralized monitoring and management of multi-point data. In short, as long as you use IKON Drives IoT terminal devices, you can exchange data and centrally monitor these devices through the Haiwell cloud data center. E.g:
① Centralize the central control configuration in Xiamen for centralized monitoring of multiple sets of equipment in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and the United States;
②Use the touch screen at home to monitor the IoT cloud box data in the office;
③Read the liquid level of a water well at an unlimited distance in the local touch screen control cabinet;
④ On the large screen of the oilfield central control center, monitor the pressure and flow of the valves all over the oilfield;
In this example, the vegetable production IoT management system is an application that collects the agricultural greenhouse data of various provinces and cities through the Haiwell cloud data center and centralizes the data to the centralized control display and control of the central control touch screen. The network topology is as follows:

Vegetable greenhouses in various places report the data to Haiwell Cloud Data Center through the Internet of Things through the built-in MQTT protocol of IoT Cloud HMI, IoT Cloud Box and other devices, and finally focus on the monitoring and display in the central control IoT Cloud HMI. Both the local IoT terminal equipment and the centrally controlled IoT devices support remote monitoring via mobile APP and cloud website. At the same time, the production operation of each greenhouse can also be monitored remotely through Haiwell cloud cameras. Through IKON Drives weather forecast elements, climate information and agricultural production can be displayed in all areas.

1.2 Intelligent management, support cloud/mobile terminal access control, strong operability;
1.3 It can remotely realize mobile APP, computer cloud website and remote upload and download of IoT cloud HMI and PLC programs
1.4 Support MQTT protocol, support access to database server, easily realize data collection and reporting, and connect to ERP/MES and other systems.
1.5 Built-in MQTT server, you can enable MQTT proxy function, and easily realize MQTT
2. IKON Drives Cloud Box Cloud Box (this example is used for centralized control):
2.1 Connect to IKON Drives Cloud via Ethernet/WIFI/4G (full Netcom) to remotely view and monitor equipment in real time
