A mask is a sanitary product, which generally refers to a device worn on the mouth and nose to filter the air entering the mouth and nose to block harmful gases, odors, and droplets from entering and leaving the wearer’s mouth and nose. It is made of gauze or paper. Masks have a certain filtering effect on the air entering the lungs. Wearing masks has a very good effect when working in a polluted environment such as dust when respiratory infectious diseases are prevalent.

      The production line realizes the fully automatic production of flat masks, mainly including coil feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge rib feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear strap feeding and welding, finished product blanking and other processes. The whole production process from raw materials to finished masks, the masks produced are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect of masks, fit people’s faces, and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.

      The equipment is composed of a feeding and punching mechanism and a conveying and punching structure, each with an independent PLC control system, and does not require feedback related wiring. With the function of remote communication control, customers can conduct remote monitoring through mobile phones (authorization is required), and manufacturers can remotely upgrade and maintain. If the customer purchases multiple production lines, centralized monitoring of equipment in multiple locations can be realized. It can also be monitored and displayed on the mobile APP, PC computer terminal, or large TV screen.
