1. Selection configuration

1. Industrial touch all-in-one computer P17:

●  17″ TFT, 1280×1024, Intel Bay Trail J1900 4-core processor

●  Support VGA and HDMI output, optional WIFI

●  Linux system, running 24 hours a day

●  Built-in IKON Drives Cloud SCADA software, which supports mobile APP remote control and web page remote access.

●  Support mobile phone APP alarm information push. If the APP is not opened, the system will send an alarm message to the owner and administrator’s mobile phone in the form of SMS.

2. Cloud camera: CTQ5X, wall-mounted cloud camera.

●  2 million pixels 1080P 6mm horizontal field of view: 51° diagonal 62° distance 38m infrared night vision 50 meters

●  IP66 RJ45 (10/100MB) with wifi Support SD card (including power supply and bracket).

3. PLC: T32S2R+S08AI

●  T series standard PLC, can expand 7 modules, comes with one RS232 and one RS485 port;

●  Support 2-channel 200K high-speed pulse input and 2-channel 200K high-speed pulse output.

●  The program is permanently saved, the program capacity is 48K, and the instructions are rich, which fully meets the needs of on-site logic control.

●  Analog quantity does not need to write any conversion program. On-site temperature, detector signal acquisition WYSIWYG.

3. Introduction to camera HMI configuration

●  The camera is powered on, and the network cable that can access the Internet is inserted into the network port of the camera. At this time, the camera automatically obtains an IP and the Internet access is successful.

●  Each camera has a serial number and verification code when it leaves the factory.

●  Open IKON Drives HMI programming software – enter peripherals – camera – add peripherals, and fill in the verification code and serial number in the newly added camera.

●  In the editing screen, advanced controls – camera operation, binding the built camera, downloading the program screen and surfing the Internet, the mobile phone can be accessed remotely.

●  There is no limit to the number of cameras connected to the IPC

●  On-site camera monitoring can be remotely viewed on the mobile APP, and the video is smooth.
